Senior Health, Safety and Environment Manager | £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus | Peterborough This will be your most challenging health and safety role yet.

It’s a complex, machinery-heavy site with numerous risks, a process you won’t be familiar with and a pace that does not relent.
It’s certainly not one for the faint hearted.

Your remit is simple to explain, but considerably harder to deliver.
You own the HSE agenda.

You have a superb team of 2 around you, but the buck ultimately stops with you.
Due to the complex nature of manufacturing involved, there are some elements which you will need to learn.
You’ll need to be very organized in your approach.
Methodical, even.
You’ll have autonomy – real autonomy – but the expectation will be high.
