Overview

The ONE Group are delighted to be recruiting for a fully qualified Finance Business Partner within a leading global organisation that’s shaping the future of its industry. You’ll be at the heart of the business, partnering with senior leaders, influencing key decisions, and driving performance across international markets. This role reports into the Head of Finance and mentors a junior team member.

Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate monthly P&L reports in line with month end and communicate key drivers of results, variances and risks to stakeholders
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Own and streamline global financial processes across key revenue streams
  • Consolidate and communicate global financial results (Revenue, Profit & Cashflow) to senior leadership
  • Support quarterly re-forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning activities with key stakeholders
  • Manage and develop a junior team member

Requirements

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Experience in production of management & financial accounts
  • Experience of managing/mentoring small teams
  • Confident communicator with commercial awareness

Hybrid working: 3 days from home, 2 in the office

Location: Peterborough

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown

Pension: Enhanced pension scheme

Life assurance: 4x annual salary
