We are looking for a Payroll specialist to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis in St Neots. This role requires someone to hit the ground running, managing payroll processing, handling P11D submissions, and managing staff expenses with precision and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll
- Oversee payrolling benefits including production of P11D’s
- Manage and process staff expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy
- Support month-end payroll reporting and reconciliation tasks
- Act as point of contact for payroll queries from employees and managers
You’ll Need
- Proven experience in payroll ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Strong working knowledge of ADP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and deadline-focused mindset
