The One Group are proud to be working exclusively with an established business, who are leaders within the world of automation and are currently expanding their HR team with the need for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. If you have experience within a busy payroll role and have touched on some elements of HR, this is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of end-to-end payroll for UK employees, including the full cycle from new starters, salary adjustments, and statutory payments.
  • Coordination of payroll data and ensuring a smooth process for the company's external payroll provider.
  • Employee benefit administration and coordination, including pensions, insurance, and other added benefits.
  • Compliance with HMRC regulations including PAYE, NICs, and P11Ds.
  • Ensuring the HR and payroll systems are kept up to date.
  • Supporting both HR and finance with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with UK payroll legislation, some experience with benefit schemes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with confidential data. You will have high-level experience with payroll software, and it would be beneficial if you have experience with HRIS platforms.

This role is permanent, and you will be joining a hard-working team within a business that has big plans to expand at a stable pace.

Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday; this is a fully office-based role.

Benefits and Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 dependent on experience, life insurance, cycle to work scheme, pension.
