Key Responsibilities

As an Oracle Application Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle CX Sales, ERP, Finance, and HR applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Customise and implement Oracle applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle BI Publisher.
  • Ensure seamless integration across Oracle modules and maintain system performance, integrity, and security.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of Oracle solutions.
  • Participate in testing and validation to meet quality standards and performance goals.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle technologies, recommending enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
About You

You have experience in:

  • Oracle Development Tools: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle BI Publisher.
  • Oracle Platforms: Oracle CX Sales, ERP, Finance, HR modules.
  • Integration & Customisation: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Fusion, Oracle SOA Suite.
  • Development Practices: Agile methodologies, SDLC, customisation and extension of Oracle solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of Oracle systems, data integrity, and security.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, clear communication with clients, and mentoring less experienced developers.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Oracle Fusion).
  • Oracle Certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
