Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Oracle Application Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle CX Sales, ERP, Finance, and HR applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Customise and implement Oracle applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle BI Publisher.
- Ensure seamless integration across Oracle modules and maintain system performance, integrity, and security.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of Oracle solutions.
- Participate in testing and validation to meet quality standards and performance goals.
- Stay up to date with Oracle technologies, recommending enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
You have experience in:
- Oracle Development Tools: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle BI Publisher.
- Oracle Platforms: Oracle CX Sales, ERP, Finance, HR modules.
- Integration & Customisation: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Fusion, Oracle SOA Suite.
- Development Practices: Agile methodologies, SDLC, customisation and extension of Oracle solutions.
- Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of Oracle systems, data integrity, and security.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, clear communication with clients, and mentoring less experienced developers.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Oracle Fusion).
- Oracle Certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
