An established and growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to play a key role in supporting its continued expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple offices, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and organisational effectiveness
- Set, monitor, and review performance goals for teams and individuals
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing staff to support profitability, compliance, and service standards
- Maintain project timelines and ensure tasks are delivered effectively
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately while embedding policies, procedures, and cultural values
- Create a positive, motivated working environment that supports high standards and quality
- Resolve internal staff issues in a fair and constructive manner

Working Model
