Job Description

Office Manager | Towcester | Permanent

Monday – Friday 830am – 430pm (Onsite)

The One Group are working exclusively with an established, ambitious business who specialise in the property management industry with some very impressive sites in their portfolio they are now looking for an Office Manager to join their team with the management of their Northamptonshire based commercial site. A well known site, with highly impressive facilities, focusing on luxury, wellbeing and developing a community.

This is a pivotal role for the business, you will be hands on and this will be a highly varied role.

What your day will look like:

  • You will be key point of contact of managing a portfolio of properties with a mix of both commercial and industrial, all within a short distance of the companies head office.
  • Building and developing relationships with tenants, actioning any issues or queries that arise efficiently and within a reasonable timeline.
  • Marketing of available property space, management of external resource and platforms.
  • Promotion of the company brand, working closely with the team to ensure alignment of campaigns, commercial activity including new ventures.
  • Refurbishment management, working closely with the team on projects, budgets and overseeing of timelines.
  • Management of facilities, maintenance and inspections.
  • Management of a small of four ensuring a smooth day to day running of the office.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a similar role, ideally from a role with property management experience, have the ability to use your initiative, have a full UK drivers license due to location, have a proactive approach, work well in a close knit small team and enjoy developing relationships.
