The One Group are assisting one of our favourite clients based in Wellingborough who are on the search for an Internal Sales Representative. This role is excellent for anyone that loves building relationships with assigned accounts, working in a close-knit team, and is an advocate for excellent customer service. No cold calling is involved in this role, as this company is all about building lasting relationships. Your role will be integral in developing sales with current loyal customers.
What your day will look like:
- Working closely with the external sales manager to identify opportunities with current key accounts and develop strategies.
- Cross-selling of products to current customers and key stakeholders.
- Account management of key business-to-business accounts.
- Use of the in-house CRM system.
- Management of inbound calls and queries.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience in a similar role or within a sales-based position.
- Excellent commercial acumen.
- Enjoy working in a close-knit team.
