Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion Advising on wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration Supporting clients with lasting powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering clear and empathetic advice Contributing to the development of the wider team, including mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate Keeping up to date with legislative changes and ensuring compliance Supporting business development activity, including networking and building referral relationships Skills
