A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a Clinical Portfolio Lead/Product Specialist to drive portfolio strategy and product development across the ENT and Ophthalmology markets.
Acting as the clinical subject matter expert, you will work closely with product, commercial and regional teams to identify market opportunities, gather customer insights and shape future innovation. You will build relationships with clinicians and key opinion leaders, represent the business at industry events, and ensure portfolio decisions are driven by both clinical and commercial understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical and market insight activities across ENT and Ophthalmology.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity and unmet customer needs.
- Support product strategy, innovation and portfolio growth.
- Engage with clinicians, hospitals and key opinion leaders globally.
- Deliver presentations, training and educational content.
- Represent the business at conferences and customer meetings.
About You:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering or similar.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare or a regulated clinical environment.
- Understanding of ENT and/or Ophthalmology markets.
- Experience within product management, clinical affairs, applications, marketing or sales support.
- Confident communicating with healthcare professionals and influencing stakeholders.
- Able to translate clinical insights into commercial and product strategy.
