As Head of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead the commercial agenda, taking ownership of revenue growth, brand strategy, lead generation and customer engagement. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business while leading both sales and marketing functions. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and deliver the commercial strategy across sales and marketing
- Drive revenue growth through new business, customer retention and account development
- Lead marketing activity, including campaigns, content and lead generation
- Strengthen brand positioning across key markets
- Build relationships with customers, distributors and industry partners
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity
- Track sales and marketing performance, measuring ROI and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Lead and develop a team spanning both sales and marketing
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives and business planning
- Support international trade and import/export activities

- A proven track record of driving revenue growth
