The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 € per year.

I have exclusively partnered with a growing manufacturing organisation that is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to be based at their successful Cambridge site. This role will report directly to the Financial Controller and offers an excellent development opportunity for a driven Assistant Accountant or Management Accountant who is eager to grow, learn, and continue with their professional studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end preparation and close
  • Prepare weekly and monthly board packs
  • Post journals and provide detailed variance analysis
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare costing reports, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and post month-end journals
  • Manage costings, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
  • Business partner across the wider organisation to support financial decision-making

Qualifications and Skills:

  • AAT qualified or currently studying ACCA/CIMA
  • Experience within an SME environment is desirable
  • Self-motivated with strong business partnering skills
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence in data manipulation
