Management Accountant

The ONE Group are pleased to be partnering with an established Huntingdon based business to recruit an experienced Management Accountant.

This role will be key in delivering financial insight and supporting operational performance. You’ll join a supportive finance team, take ownership of core reporting, and work closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Lead budgeting and forecasting
• Deliver cost and margin analysis to support commercial decisions
• Monitor KPIs and report performance trends
• Partner with operational teams to drive improvements
• Maintain financial controls and perform Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Support inventory valuation and working capital management
• Assist with year-end and statutory reporting
• Contribute to process and system improvements
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis

About You

Qualified or QBE accountant with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with both finance and non-finance teams. Strong Excel capability and good ERP/reporting system experience are essential.

Role Details

Onsite, 8am–5pm, in modern offices within a growing, people-focused business. Salary up to £65,000 DOE.
