Job Description Junior NPI Engineer Are you eager to advance your engineering career in an innovative and global manufacturing business? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company renowned for its precision engineering and commitment to excellence. As a Junior NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer , you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and successful launch of new products. Collaborating closely with the Senior NPI Engineer, you’ll gain valuable experience managing projects through a structured, gated process, from initial concept to production. This position offers excellent growth opportunities for someone passionate about engineering and eager to learn. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the delivery of NPI projects using an APQP-based internal procedure, from quotations to production handover. Assisting in PPAP activities, including creating risk registers, pFMEAs, process flow documents, and MSA. Gathering and analysing technical data to support project deliverables and gate closures. Setting up new parts in the ERP system, including BOMs and routings, based on costing estimates. Creating and maintaining detailed work instructions to manage the manufacturing process from development to serial production. What You’ll Need:
