I’m working with a growing consumer products business looking for a commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive to support product launches, brand campaigns and DTC growth across the UK market. This is a broad, hands-on role with visibility across product, sales, ecommerce and brand. Perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to influence how products go to market, not just execute isolated campaigns.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and play a key role across launches, content, Shopify websites, influencer activity, retail marketing and sales enablement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting integrated product launch campaigns
  • Leading influencer and PR activity
  • Managing website content and digital assets
  • Supporting Shopify website strategy and promotions
  • Creating email marketing plans and customer communications
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
  • Working closely with Sales, R&D and international teams
  • Supporting trade shows, POS materials, presentations and retailer marketing
  • Tracking brand performance and recommending improvements

What they’re looking for:

  • Around 5+ years’ marketing experience within toys, consumer products or a product-led environment
  • Experience supporting or leading product launches
  • Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
  • Someone confident managing multiple projects at pace
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Degree educated in Marketing, Business or similar
  • CIM qualification desirable
