I’m on the lookout for an experienced Human Resources Consultant to join a forward-thinking public sector organisation in Essex. This is more than just a HR role, it’s a chance to influence workforce strategy, spearhead key initiatives, and support leaders in creating a high-performing, engaged workforce.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with People Services and the Business Partnering team to design and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Coaching and advising managers on change management, complex employment cases, and performance issues.
- Analysing HR metrics to provide insights and enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Leading impactful projects that drive continuous improvement and deliver tangible outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Chartered CIPD membership (or working towards it).
- Extensive HR generalist experience, ideally within the public sector.
- A strong track record of managing complex people, process, and systems challenges while driving change.
- Expertise in change management techniques and engaging leaders in transformation.
- Experience leading HR projects and programmes to successful outcomes.
- Ability to analyse people and business metrics, translating insights into effective reports and policies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build meaningful relationships.
