I’m delighted to partner with this education organisation who are based in central Cambridge. They are seeking a HR Advisor to join their collaborative and well-established team and provide support to managers and employees across the business. This broad role is offering £36,000 and hybrid working of 2 days on-site. Some of the things you’d be involved in: Coaching and advising managers on policies and procedures, organisational change, best practice and employee relations issues Preparing and analysing HR reports Assisting with the recruitment process Managing compliance relating to UK and international employment laws Assisting with the delivery on a variety of HR projects The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist, ideally CIPD qualified, who has managed employee relation casework, has the ability to build strong working relationships, and are confident in advising and guiding stakeholders.
