Following a period of significant change, the business has relaunched with a refreshed product range, a new website, and a clear growth strategy. The foundations are in place, what’s needed now is someone to convert opportunity into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
The Role
This is a newly created position sitting at the intersection of marketing and sales. You’ll own the commercial conversion layer, re‑engage lapsed customers, build demand generation programmes, and drive measurable revenue growth through CRM, email, and digital channels. You’ll work in a lean, collaborative team where your contribution has direct, visible impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Re‑engaging lapsed customers and rebuilding commercial momentum
- Running targeted CRM and demand generation campaigns through HubSpot
- Improving lead tracking, attribution and conversion processes
- Supporting channel and partner marketing initiatives
- Working closely with Sales to improve pipeline quality and conversion
- Using insight and campaign data to shape future activity
- Supporting go‑to‑market activity for new products and territories
