NEWLY CREATED ROLE for a Head of Talent Centre of Excellence UK&I. Reporting into the HR Director, they are seeking a commercially minded, data driven Head of Talent Centre of Excellence who will provide strategic leadership to their Talent, Learning & Development teams. This is a pivotal role in the HR Senior Leadership team and will be accountable for driving Talent best practice, owning workforce and demand planning strategy, leading on the development of talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and leadership development.
- Own and deliver the Talent strategy
- Own and deliver the strategic workforce
- Monitor internal and external talent trends
- Use talent analytics to guide decision making
- Oversee UK&I performance management
- Lead the development of their talent attraction brand strategy
- Align with the Global Talent strategy
- Responsible for the CoE budget
- Management of a large team
- Deputise for the HR Director on Talent initiatives as required
They are looking for:
- Proven experience in a Talent Management role, ideally within a global, sales driven organisation
- Demonstrable strategic portfolio leadership by managing a diverse range of talent initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven success in working cross-functionally and globally to align talent strategies and business objectives
- Experience of Workday would be preferred
Salary £120-130k plus bonus and excellent benefits.
