Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for the opportunity to join a successful team? I am pleased to be working with a business offering an onsite role with broad exposure across month-end processes, analysis of overheads, reconciliation and purchase ledger.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of month end including journals, accruals and prepayments
- Assist with balance sheet and GRNI reconciliation
- Assist with audit preparation and year-end processes
- Management of purchase ledger including daily and monthly reconciliation
- Contribute and support with improvement of processes and procedures
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks
- Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the wider team
