I am looking for a Field Service Engineer ideally with experience maintaining HPLC systems for my client who specialise in the Scientific Instrumentation sector. The role will be covering the width of the country from Birmingham to the North including Scotland, so would suit candidates located in the region between Birmingham and Manchester. You will have the desire to become a Product Specialist, with the drive and passion to learn about new equipment as well as the ability to self manage. On a day to day basis you will be servicing and calibrating benchtop instrumentation undertaking preventative and reactive maintenance as well as Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification. You must have a valid driving licence as well as the availability to stay away overnight when required. Along with excellent benefits, a company vehicle will be provided or monthly car allowance and salary in the region of £37,000 – £42,000 depending on experience.
