I am working with an exciting and growing property and financial product business who are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Based full time in Malaysia (no remote working available)

Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Flight and travel itinerary booking and managing
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualifications
- Highly organised and flexible in your approach to work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
