Great opportunity for an HR Manager – Employee Relations (bias on Industrial Relations and Trade Unions) to join this commercial organisation which is a leader in its field based in Hertfordshire.
You will be responsible for:-
- Developing and leading a progressive and proactive Industrial Relations strategy, nurturing the continued partnership with their recognised Trade Unions
- Oversee case management and manage ER advisors as well as leading the team
- Providing HR support to formal ER cases
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to managers and HR colleagues
- Working with the ER leadership and management team to develop the UK ER vision and strategy.
- Develop a programme to enhance the skills of People Managers and the wider HR community
- Coaching, advising and influencing HR colleagues
What they are looking for:-
- An HR Specialist with Industrial Relations and case management experience at a senior level.
- Ideally experience working in a highly regulated sector such as Defence, Security and Financial Services.
- Commercial, pragmatic, solution focused and can operate with autonomy.
- Apply knowledge within a business context.
- Ideally CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
In return they offer a salary of circa £75,000 plus bonus and benefits and hybrid working.
