The One Group are exclusively partnering with an established business based in Ely, who are looking to recruit for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
- Analyse financial data, credit reports, and payment histories to make informed credit decisions.
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring the prompt resolution of payment issues.
- Provide timely updates on credit-related issues to management.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of customer accounts, collections, and credit risk.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a credit control focussed role
- Ability to work on-site Monday - Friday
- £30,000-£33,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, rising with service
- 2 volunteering days per year
