Job Description Role: Principal Designer / CDM Consultant Salary : Competitive Salary (DOE) + Bonus Location: Billericay, Essex Duration: Permanent Job Wanted: As a CDM Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting the Project Management department with the running and coordination of the pre-construction phase of a project, ensuring compliance with the CDM Regulations 2015. You’ll be assessing the risks to projects, applying health & safety knowledge, liaising with contractors and assisting with H&S decision making, working closely with clients, designers, and contractors to identify and mitigate risks, whilst ensuring safe and compliant project delivery.
