This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to join a highly intelligent, collaborative and mission-driven scale-up during a critical growth phase.
You’ll join a small TA team supporting hiring across software engineering, hardware engineering and scientific roles, partnering closely with hiring managers who value quality, thoughtfulness and realism over speed for speed’s sake. This role would suit someone who enjoys complex hiring challenges, values candidate experience, and wants to develop their capability in a technically demanding environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning end-to-end recruitment delivery across specialist technical roles
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to shape briefs and hiring strategies
- Direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals and events
- Managing job adverts, screening, interviews and offer processes
- Building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines
- Delivering an excellent, human-centred candidate experience
- Supporting wider TA projects and process improvements

- Proven experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner
- Background hiring technical or hard-to-find skillsets
- Comfortable managing multiple roles concurrently without losing quality
- Strong sourcing capability and relationship-led approach
- Organised, proactive and data-aware
- A genuine team player who enjoys collaboration and shared success
- Experience in deep tech, science or engineering environments is beneficial but not essential.
