We're looking for an experienced SharePoint and Microsoft 365 professional to play a key role in the continued development of a collaborative, secure and efficient digital environment. This is an opportunity to lead the design and delivery of solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and the Power Platform, helping to drive digital transformation and improve the way people work.

The Opportunity

This role will see you take ownership of the design, implementation and ongoing development of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint-based solutions. You'll work on a range of initiatives including modernising legacy systems, improving business processes through automation, and helping to create a more connected and accessible digital workplace. You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation, user adoption and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain solutions across SharePoint Online and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Create secure, scalable and user-friendly environments that align with organisational objectives.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance, testing and optimisation of implemented solutions.
  • Establish and maintain integrations with existing systems and databases where required.
  • Lead the migration of data and services from legacy platforms into Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Manage data mapping, cleansing and validation activities to ensure successful transitions.
  • Develop and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through workflow automation and process redesign.
  • Develop reporting and data visualisation solutions to support decision-making.

About You

You’ll have experience in:

  • Delivering solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
  • Leading migration projects from legacy platforms.
  • Developing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Supporting digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Working with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver change.

You’ll also have strong technical knowledge of:

  • SharePoint Online administration, architecture and governance.
  • Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
  • Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities.
  • PowerShell and automation tools.
