We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor who can jump straight in and make an immediate impact. If you enjoy a fast-paced generalist role, can confidently support managers and want to work for a well-established international organisation that genuinely cares about its people, this could be a great fit.
About the role
This is a hands-on, varied HR Advisor position within a supportive HR Operations team. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners and other Advisors, providing guidance across a wide range of people matters. No two days are the same, and you’ll be right at the heart of delivering a great employee experience.
You’ll be involved in:
- Advising managers on employee relations matters (including absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievances)
- Handling day-to-day queries including flexible working, policy questions and visa matters
- Managing recruitment activity for your areas
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and having confident, constructive conversations
- Supporting engagement, wellbeing and recognition initiatives
- Getting involved in ongoing HR and people projects
- Supporting HR administration during busy periods
- Working with Payroll and the wider team on reward and benefits activity
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone who can come in and get up to speed quickly. You’ll need to be confident, proactive and able to manage a busy workload.
You’ll thrive here if you have:
- Solid experience as an HR Advisor (generalist background is ideal)
- Confidence to challenge and guide managers when needed
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organised
- Resilience, flexibility and a positive approach to change
- Good working knowledge of HR fundamentals and employment practices
- CIPD is not essential – experience is what matters.
