This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys spotting opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions and supporting a people team in a dynamic, fast-growing organisation. It’s ideal for a professional ready to take a side-step into a new role with real potential for progression into an Advisor, and eventually Partner role.

What you will do:

  • Support the People team with a variety of HR and people operations activities across a rapidly scaling organisation.
  • Proactively identify areas to improve processes and help implement changes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support projects across learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant experience: Previous HR Coordinator experience, ideally within a tech, biotech or similarly fast-paced organisation.
  • Proactive approach: You take ownership, identify gaps and implement improvements without waiting to be told.
  • Exceptional attention to detail: You notice errors, inconsistencies, or opportunities for process improvements and act on them.
