We're recruiting for an experienced Finance Team Leader to join a well-established business based in Cambridge, on a full time, permanent basis.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 finance professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls and supporting the smooth running of the finance function.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a finance team.
- Oversee month-end and year-end processes.
- Review journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant.
- Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a finance team.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Experience with month-end reporting, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ideally qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, finalist or strong QBE with 5+ years exp.
- Good knowledge of finance systems and Excel.
What's on Offer?
- £50,000 - £55,000 (depending of experience)
- 5% annual bonus
