As they enter an ambitious new five-year strategy, they are looking for a Digital Communications & Marketing Lead to take ownership of their digital channels and help amplify their impact at scale. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role perfect for a confident digital communicator who enjoys shaping content, driving engagement, and using data to drive improvements.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and develop the charity's digital channels to maximise reach, engagement and conversion
  • Plan and deliver digital communications and marketing campaigns, including paid activity
  • Create compelling content (including video) for social, email and web
  • Manage and improve the charity's website, user journeys and content structure
  • Use analytics and insight to optimise performance and inform decisions
  • Grow and segment email audiences through smarter targeting and automation
  • Act as a brand guardian across all digital outputs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality digital products

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years' experience in a digital communications or digital marketing role
  • Confidence creating content across platforms, including visual and video (Canva / Adobe)
  • Strong experience with websites, CMS platforms, email marketing and analytics (Salesforce / Mailchimp)
  • Experience running paid digital campaigns and interpreting performance data
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
  • A clear, engaging communication style, someone who can translate complex ideas into accessible content
  • Motivation and enjoyment of purpose-led work
