A pioneering sustainable materials business is looking for a commercially driven Business Development/Sales Lead to support growth across licensees, paper mills and paper coaters. This role will focus on driving new business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships and leading commercial activity across international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial strategy across coatings partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Drive new business growth and manage key customer relationships
  • Develop proposals, presentations and commercial agreements
  • Manage pipeline performance, forecasting and KPIs
  • Represent the business at industry events and partner meetings
  • Collaborate with technical and innovation teams on strategic projects

About You:

  • Strong business development/sales experience within paper coatings, packaging, materials or manufacturing
  • Experience working with mills, coaters or licensing partners
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and manage strategic accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded with a hands-on approach
