Working as part of a newly formed team which is focusing solely on the continuous improvements, you will use data analysis, engineering knowledge, and CI methodologies to identify losses, improve processes, and deliver sustainable improvements across safety, quality, cost, and efficiency. This role will work closely with Operations, Engineering, and CI teams to solve problems, implement improvements, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead continuous improvement projects to improve production performance and reduce losses
- Analyse OEE, downtime, waste, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive structured problem solving using tools
- Work with engineering and production teams to implement sustainable solutions
- Develop and maintain CI dashboards, performance reporting, and visual management systems
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, and standardisation activities across operations
- Facilitate improvement workshops and engage teams in CI initiatives
- Track improvement actions, benefits, and long-term sustainability
