The One Group have an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company who are leaders within the financial services industry.
You will be joining an initially 4 month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits and it would be beneficial to have knowledge with EU benefits though this is not a requirement.
This role will involve being a central point of contact for daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, assisting with strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement and wellbeing initiatives, responding to company benefit enquiries, assist with project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, ensure effective relationships with stakeholders, consultants, to ensure policies are adhered too, and working with data to analyse and develop offerings in the business.
You must have at least 2 years experience within a benefits based role, have a the ability to work autonomously, have the right work from home space and you must have your own IT equipment for this role (laptop as a minimum).
This role will require a DBS check to be undertaken which will be reimbursed.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours this is a fully remote role.
