The role:
As a test automation architect, you'll work closely and collaboratively with software testers, developers and system engineers to build a strong framework and define automation strategies.
You will:
- Select appropriate tools, technology and programming languages for framework.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast testing.
- Continuously improve framework to enhance efficiency.
- Troubleshoot test failures and improve test reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters in computer science, electronics or telecommunications
Experience required:
- Experience in test automation
- 5+ years in test automation architecture
- Strong background in embedded systems, telecom or mission-critical applications
- Hands-on experience in tools like Selenium, Playwright or Robot Framework
- Strong coding skills in Python, Java, C# or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-based solutions.
A high level of communication skills is also required as well as experience with various automation approaches.
