The ONE Group are thrilled to be partnering with a world-leading global business in the search for a talented Accounts Payable Manager to join their site in Spalding. This is not just another finance role, it’s your chance to step into a key leadership position at the heart of a high-performing Finance Shared Services team. You’ll take ownership of the full procure-to-pay cycle, driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation while ensuring suppliers across the globe are paid on time.
You’ll get involved in the following:
- Lead and support the PTP team, ensuring strong performance and timely invoice/payment processing.
- Manage vendor relationships, resolve queries, and oversee escalations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Treasury on payment runs, cash flow, and forecasting.
- Drive process improvements, KPIs, and service-level agreements.
- Mentor and develop team members to build capability and performance.
You need to be a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, shared services environment, with a deep understanding of ERP systems, you know how to streamline processes, lead teams with confidence, and deliver results.
