Are you an experienced Domestic Couple looking for a new role? You will need to have proven experience in a similar role and be happy to live in where you will be provided with a two bedroom house, all bills and rent covered.
The hours will range depending on the needs of the role, some weeks will be quieter and less hours and others will be longer, depending on the client's needs, so you will be someone happy with this.
As a couple one of you will be the Housekeeper and one the Caretaker.
Housekeeper duties:
Cleaning the property
Changing the towels and replenishing soap etc
Making and changing the beds
Laundry, ironing and linen management
Assisting with smooth running of the household when occupied
Table setting
Preparing for guests
Daily housekeeping
Providing a warm and discreet service
Caretaker duties:
Daily checking of CCTV
Occasional driving duties
Cleaning windows externally
General property maintenance and coordinating with contractors
Pool and hot tub maintenance
Vehicle checks and general cleaning
Being first point of contact for any property emergency or security issues
Requirements for both:
Previous experience
Full driving licence
Discreet and professional
Ability to be flexible on working hours to suit need of client
As accommodation is provided and you do need to live on site, you cannot have pets or children with you
Ideally the Caretaker will come from a maintenance, engineering or trade background
Excellent communication skills
You will be working alongside a team of staff and others that also live on site. This is a lovely role for the right couple.
Other benefits include pension, annual leave, health cover and accommodation and bills are all included and in addition to your annual salary. Salary is £60,000, this is a joint salary.
