As our Junior Video Editor, you'll be involved in every stage of the content process, helping transform ideas and raw footage into engaging content across YouTube, podcasts, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and our wider marketing ecosystem. From editing long‑form content and social clips to creating product‑focused studio content, you'll play an important role in bringing our brand to life.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Video Editor across a wide variety of projects
- Edit podcast episodes and help drive the growth of our newly launched podcast channel
- Edit TikToks, Reels and YouTube Shorts optimised for platform performance
- Sync multi‑camera footage and audio
- Ingest, organise, label and archive raw footage and project files
- Add finishing touches to projects including captions, typography, sound design, motion graphics and visual effects where required
- Create supporting graphics for social media, including matchday content, stat packs, stories and other creative assets
- Produce product‑focused evergreen content within our in‑house studio, helping build a library of creative that showcases our gloves, accessories and apparel
- Work across Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and native social media editing tools
- Jump behind the camera when required, assisting with filming on shoots using cameras and iPhone
- Research and implement emerging editing styles, social trends and mobile videography techniques
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Media, Editing or a related field
- Relevant industry experience through previous employment, freelance work or internships
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing ability
- To complete a practical editing task as part of the application process
