About the Opportunity
The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of comprehensive HR services across ONE Campaign’s global workforce. Based in London and reporting to the HR Director, the role will work closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and HR colleagues to support people operations across multiple geographies. This hands‑on role is suited to an experienced HR generalist who is analytical, organised, and ready to get stuck in across the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end HR coordination and operational support across all stages of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, payroll changes, offboarding).
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and HR systems (15Five, UKG, Replicon etc.), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Support the administration of contracts, letters, policies, and employment documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding for Europe.
- Provide recruitment coordination and support, including scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates, and supporting onboarding once offers are accepted.
- Act as a key point of contact for HR queries from global teams, escalating complex matters where appropriate.
- Support the CPO and HR Director with coordination, reporting, and preparation of materials for global people initiatives.
- Assist with the delivery of global HR programmes including performance management, engagement initiatives, and organisational development activities.
- Produce regular and ad‑hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analysis to support decision‑making.
- Prepare high‑quality presentations using PowerPoint and Canva for leadership meetings, board updates, and internal communications.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends, identifying insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and procedures globally.
- Assist with compliance activities, audits, and data protection requirements.
- Stay informed on HR best practices and employment legislation relevant to a global organisation.
- Undertake any other duties as required to support the HR function and wider organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and 3+ years relevant professional experience, including at least two years HR support.
- Experience supporting global or multi‑country teams.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills; confident using Canva and other presentation tools.
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
- Experience working in a nonprofit, advocacy, or international organisation.
- Exposure to HRIS systems and people analytics tools.
- Familiarity with statutory requirements for European / Global organisations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrable ability to prepare presentations efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to apply superb attention to detail and consistently produce timely and error‑free work.
- Superb interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with other offices.
- Strong ability to work on own initiative and show flexibility and resourcefulness to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality regarding all aspects of work at all times.
- CIPD qualification or working towards accreditation.
Language Skills
- Fluency in English required. Fluency in French or German is a distinct advantage.
Travel
- Occasional domestic travel (5%) may be required. Additional international and/or domestic travel opportunities may occur.
Compensation
GBP £30,000 – £38,000 per year
