Role Description

We are recruiting for full-time, on-site roles based over a 4 day working week (after probation) - located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. These roles are best suited to professionals searching for a rewarding career in alternative dispute resolution, advice and training.
\n
\n
The post holders will be responsible for resolving disputes by telephone/writing, mediating/conciliating/negotiating, adjudicating, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, assisting with dispute resolution processes and liaising with a range of stakeholders. The post holders will support our senior legal team in ensuring compliance and accuracy in all matters.

- Salary ranges £25k to £35k depending on qualifications and experience

Requirements
\n
\n
- \n
- Candidates must have achieved a minimum a 2.1 Bachelor’s degree in Law (or equivalent gained via another route e.g. PGDL) plus a recognised post-graduate legal qualification achieved via BPTC/BVC/LPC/SQE routes
- A strong desire to operate in a fast paced, demanding role with high levels of service and accuracy
- Experience gained in consumer law and ADR or complaint handling is considered an advantage
- Experience legal document preparation and drafting
- Strong research and document review abilities
- Excellent communication and decision making skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Stevenage, Hertfordshire
