The Ombuds Group is recruiting a solicitor or barrister with 3–5 years’ PQE to provide technical leadership, oversight and quality assurance across all schemes while acting as internal legal counsel. The role collaborates with the Senior Ombudsman and Head of Insight and Performance to ensure high-quality, well-reasoned casework, deputise when needed and manage Ombudsman teams.
