Role Description This is a full-time , on-site role, based over a 4 day working week – located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire for an Ombudsman Caseworker | Adjudicator. The role holder will be responsible for resolving disputes, mediating/conciliating/negotiating, adjudicating, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, assisting with dispute resolution processes and liaising with various stakeholders. The role holder will support our legal experts in ensuring compliance and accuracy in all matters.
