This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and respected organisation operating at the intersection of consumer fairness, business services and public policy. We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of growth across The Ombuds Group.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline growth and market engagement across multiple business areas. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a modern marketing strategy that supports revenue growth, strengthens market presence and enhances stakeholder engagement.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Develop and deliver the overall B2B marketing strategy across The Ombuds Group aligned to commercial priorities and growth objectives.
- Drive qualified lead generation and pipeline growth for Consumer Friend training services, Ombudsman membership growth and wider Group opportunities.
- Build targeted campaigns to attract and engage organisations across retail, business services, public sector and regulated markets.
