We are looking for an Additional Learning Support Team Leader.

The Role:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and organisation of staff allocated to the support provision for mainstream and complex needs.
- Promote excellence in learning support through role model practice.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure that the needs of the students are being met.
- Lead a solution-focused team to enhance team performance while maintaining effective working relationships.
- Allocate duties, complete appraisals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Facilitate CPD sessions for college staff.
