We are looking for an Additional Learning Support Team Leader.

Salary: £31,920 - £34,040 + fantastic benefits.

The Role:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and organisation of staff allocated to the support provision for mainstream and complex needs.
  • Promote excellence in learning support through role model practice.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure that the needs of the students are being met.
  • Lead a solution-focused team to enhance team performance while maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Allocate duties, complete appraisals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Facilitate CPD sessions for college staff.

In this role, you will need to be responsible for the day-to-day running of a team of Additional Learning Support staff. You will need to liaise closely with subject staff and with a range of external partners and agencies to ensure that the College provides the best possible opportunities for all learners who require support.
