Oldham College is looking for a motivated and organised HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. What Youll Do Employee Engagement: Support annual employee surveys and action plans. Enhance the employee experience and advocate for health and wellbeing. Manage onboarding processes and organize welcome events. Learning & Development: Support CPD plans, coordinate mandatory training, and manage iTrent systems. Help deliver the Professional Development Review (PDR) scheme. General HR Support: Assist with recruitment, policy administration, and performance processes. What Were Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a busy HR admin role. Excellent communication and IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel.
