E-ACT The Oldham Academy North is a dynamic inclusive 11-16 secondary academy located in Oldham.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up equipment and resources for PE and Food Technology lessons
- Maintain and organise stock, ordering and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all health, safety and hygiene standards are met
- Support teaching staff during practical lessons and activities
- Clean, check, and safely store equipment after use
- Provide general administrative and operational support to both departments
Pay Range: SCP 3 - £21,808.00 (Full-Time Equivalency: £24,796.00) - 37 hours per week over 39 weeks
Qualifications and Skills
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Relevant qualification or experience in a technical/support role, education setting desirable
- Knowledge of health and safety practices, particularly in PE and/or Food Technology
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Practical, hands-on approach with a proactive attitude
