The Position:

  • Assist with harvesting the produce
  • Operating Swiftlift (full training will be provided)
  • Processing the produce after being harvested
  • Work as a team to ensure the workplace is clean and tidy
  • Operate the bag tipper
  • Remove produce that fails to meet required standards from the farm grader
  • Enter the back of bulkers to assist with product flow when necessary

  • Physically fit and able to carry out some manual labour tasks
  • Consistently punctual and reliable
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures
