The Olde Ship Inn at Seahouses is currently seeking a Sous Chef to provide support with the day to day running of the kitchen. A positive attitude and the ability to mix well with staff and guests is more important as full training will be given. Full time position. Driving is essential due to location. * Assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the day to day operations. * Contribute to GP, wages, menu ideas, cost saving and sales. * Be responsible for the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence. * Lead by example and offer training and coaching where needed. * Set up food and serving areas * Maintain a high standard of hygiene
