To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: £27,393 - £29,348 per annum based on experience (40 hours per week).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Full time 40 hours over 4 or 5 days Mon-Fri. Part Time also considered over 2 or 3 full days.

Located conveniently, our nursery offers a unique blend of indoor and outdoor learning experiences designed to foster curiosity, discovery and enjoyment. The Old Station Nursery Pershore is ideally situated just a short stroll from Pershore town centre and adjacent to Pershore train station on Station Road. Conveniently located only 2 minutes from the A44, our nursery offers parking right outside.
What Your Role Involves
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
